About Us

At Future Stars Teaching School Alliance we are committed to leading innovative practice and change.

Queensbridge Primary School is lead school for Future Stars TSA. Already an outstanding National Support School, Queensbridge Primary School was delighted to receive it’s Teaching School status from the National College for Teaching and Leadership in April 2014. Sarah Bailey, Executive Head Teacher of Queensbridge Primary School and Mapledene Children’s Centre is a National Leader of Education and Associate Ofsted Inspector.

Future Stars TSA works in partnership with UCL/IOE offering world-class teacher training to new entrants to the teaching profession via the School Direct Programme. We also collaborate with The Institute of Education on a range of cutting edge research projects such as the MITA (Maximising the Impact of TAs) Project.

Since achieving our Teaching School Status we have built strong links with like-minded partners schools both within Hackney and beyond.
